I fell in love with health and nutrition at an early age of 16 when I bought my first book on food and exercise and I never looked back since.

I am an AfN registered Nutritionist and a Qualified Teacher with a Masters Degree in Nutrition with Public Health Management.

The last 10 years I spent working as a passionate health educator for The Sheffield City College with both young people and adults as well as on the biggest NHS National Diabetes Prevention and Remission Programmes across the UK.

I have been fortunate to gain real-life experience and witness several thousands of people changing their lives and improving their health, including many cases of diabetes remission. It was then that I realised that the best results come from a personal and individual approach that is strictly tailored considering the different needs of a person.

You might ask, what does make me different from other nutritionists?

People I worked with would say that my biggest asset is my engaging, passionate and easy to understand teaching style focused on person's individual needs.

So, why don't you visit my testimony page and see if you could benefit from my help and support.
